Pcea Nkoroi is the city on a hill for our community. We are a lighthouse in this community, committed to spiritual growth, and building a strong community. We are continually guided by Mathew 22: 34, where Jesus said, “Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. [38] This is the first and great commandment” And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.”

The Parish minister works hand in hand with the LCC committe which is the governing body of the church. The LCC Committee is made if the church elders and all the leaders of the church. The Committee is involved in all the desicion making in our church.

For easier shepherding of our church, it has been divided into smaller units called Dstricts each district is overseen by a particular elder. The elders of the church are drawn from congregants who have exceptional leadership and spiritual capabilities. The elders helps the Parish minister to govern the church and ensure wellness of the members at the District level.
